Does gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3 motherboard work with 1333Mhz ram without OC\'ing?

Does gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3 motherboard work with 1333Mhz ram without OC'ing?

Official website says that the mobo supports Memory Frequencies 1066 MHz, 1333(O.C) MHz...i have (2x2)4gig 1333Mhz trancend ram...can i use it in this motherboard without any issues?

Your RAM will work fine. I just assembled a build with a similar Gigabyte board: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...
I used 1333MHZ sticks and didn't even have to O/C the memory. CPU-Z showed them running at 667MHZ (x 2) without doing a thing. Even if your board only runs them at 1066MHZ, you can bump the speed up in BIOS with no problem. Or leave it as is.
