So will 1 NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 1GB be enough to support a 65' TV?

What motherboard do you have right now? Current on-board graphics should be enough, especially if you're not playing any 1080p video.

^+1 onboard video is enough for that. ANY PCI-E video card would be capable of displaying on that TV.
