Will this graphics card work with my comp.?

I wanna get a SPARKLE Calibre Series X520 King GeForce GT 520 (Fermi) at

I have a dell dimension c521 slimline, but I replaced the power supply and processor. here is my PSU: http://ncix.com/products/?sku=18040#Specifications

Will it work? I already have a 9600 gt low profile low power card in there, the fan broke tho and I had to go ghetto on it and tape an external fan to it which I do not like at all, but I cant find a way to replace the fan so i might aswell just skip the hassle and buy a new gpu. The ghetto rig keeps it at around 64c idle (yeesh I know) and around 85c on normal games and up to 95c when its dealing withreal heavy graphics. You can see why I wanna replace it.

The GT520 would be a downgrade from the 9600GT but would work.
