I am a DFI fanboooi, so hows about:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813136042
Note: I haven't used this board personally but the fact that there are NO negative reviews about this on NewEgg (very unusual). OK so its v. f. expensive but you get what you pays for!! The cheaper DFI boards do not support dual PCIe 16x which is what you need for Crossfire 3870X2. Have AMD released a Catalyst driver supporting Quadfire (or whatever it is called) yet?? I would have bought that card if I didn't already have a 8800GTX... Ah well!!

DFI customer support is really hot. I got a 2nd hand DFI Lanparty UT NF4 socket 939 board second hand on Ebay - no motherboard I/O plate or audio raiser module. Its obsolele right - so I thought I'm screwed. I managed to find a firm in the US that sold the I/O plate - no sign of the audio riser though... I emailed DFI as an afterthought... They emailed back the next day and had the audio module and I/O plate mailed out to me free of charge within 7 days!!

DFI boards when new need to iterate through a few BIOS versions before they are 100% stable - but after that they are the bees knees... I have built up 3 systems now for other folks using DFI boards - they require 0% support with hardware stability even when OC!!

RE power requirements:

Note that 1x 3870X2 draws about 150Watts (with no OC) so you will need a good Tier 1 or 2 PSU with at least 550Watts to power 2x 3870X2.

Take your pick off:

I would personally recommend: PC Power & Cooling, Ultra X3, Enermax Liberty series or Hyper series > 650Watts (lower rated modules are NOT Tier 2). Modular is good - especially the Hyper series which uses lower resistance DIN plugs...
I gather Corsair PSU's are really sh** hot as well (they get recommended a whole lot on THG).

Anyway.. nice choice of card... good luck!!
