Cant connect to the internet without the ping command activated

i can connect to the internet after 5mins or so after booting up

but after that internet will not respond at all

i need to restart again my pc in order to connect again to the internet

i somehow manage to bump with this solution using ping command

whenever i boot my pc i need to open this command and i can surf the internet

without getting my connection lost just as long ping command is open

is there anyone can help me to get rid of this

coz its kinda irritating

i appreciate any means of help

are the account login information entered under WAN and uses PPPoE in the Dlink router? Is the "Keep Alive" option enabled?

Or is the WAN side of the router set to Automatic(DHCP)?

it is set in dynamic ip address

the second line from the bottom does it say Auto-Reconnect?

If so can you enable it? Does it make a difference?
