it should work.you could try a 7.5V power supply and see if that will work since 8V is not a very common voltage.

Now as for the A/V or just V connection, If just Video, Do I just twist the two wires together (black & red) that go to the antenna? P.S. Thanx for your help.....

the A/V output is not a antenna signal, it is similar to a stereo signal.

I am not sure which pins you would have to solder the wires to since there are two pairs of pins that have to do with video.

Would one of the pairs be for audio? I just have to find video out signal before it converts to radio?

Hi Tybo 916 I have the complete set and they don't work worth a ******
as wireless (to much interferance) Here's what you do if you are handy with a soildering gun and want to hard wire them as I did.
Unscrew the front glass cover then remove the two small philips screws
(you will need a jewlers set) holding the camera in the housing.
Gently pull out. On the back of the round circut board you will see a red, black and yellow wire close together, remove the yellow wire from the circut board.
Leave the black and red as they are for power. then on the other side of the circut board you will see a red, black and white wire. The white wire is the + video out that goes to the small rectangular circut board.
This is the transmiter. Remove the red, black and white wire from the rectangular circut board and also remove the red from the round circut board. This should leave you with the white and black wires that are for the video out. Then you can soilder them to an RCA jack. TA DA
I did not bother with the audio, but just removed all unnessary crap to make room for the RCA cable and power cable.
