Graphics Card Upgrade

My system is an HP pavilion p6355d and the specs are:
Intel Core i3 540 (3.01 Ghz)
Windows Home Basic 32Bit
Im planning to upgrade to a gtx560 ti or non-ti..
would there be any problems with the upgrade??

You'll definetly have to upgrade your PSU for that, the crappy HP OEM won't cut it.
Also I recommend you to get at least 4gb of RAM, or even 8gb cause it's so cheap, 2gb is just not enough for today's games.
