Looks good. Howerver, 6850's upgrade is coming soon. So if you want to wait for the 7850 you should.

Bad power supply. Get a psu by antec, corsair, seasonic, xfx.

Get a z68 board instead of p67, such as the asrock z68 extreme 3 gen 3

I would never get anything by raidmax, quality is very low.

Yes. Get a z68 board by a company such as asus, asrock, or gigabyte.
