Need to expand my desktop memory

My PC already have two ram of corsair with part no. CMX4GX3M1A1600C11. This says that my ram is 4gb and runs at 1600mhz but CPU-z shows that it is running @ 668mhz which is 1333MHz and with this dual channel ram in my pc can i expand my memory with this dual channel ram with part no. CMD16GX3M2A1866C9 which will make my pc ram of 24Gb.

8Gb Corsair Ram (4gb*2)

Your board may not run smoothly by mixing ram. I recommend you sell your 8 gb corsair ram and get a 2x8 gb kit for around $85-87 (current pricing newegg). But don't expect a big performance improvement; it all depends on what you use your system for. I downgraded from 16 gb to 8 gb and didn't notice much difference.

so this means i cannot upgrade my ram if it has mismatch mhz or different gbs, right?

by the way newegg do not supply ram in India, is there any other who supplies ram to India with manufacture's warranty.
