Cpu gpu upgrade

Hello,
i wanted to upgrade my rig is hd6850 is enough for bf3 on high at 1600x1050
or shud i buy an gtx560ti or hd6950 1gb
and i'm a little confuse in the cpu,
amd x6 1090t or x4 980 BE
please don't suggest intel cpu cuzzz...i don't have money for a new z68 mobo (not now)
also if u have any other gpu in mind please suggest

If your system is playing BF3 on high, then it's doing pretty well. What performance are you wanting from it?
