First "Gaming computer"

I'm not totally new to the PC scene, I've been playing on my Asus laptop(... I know). The only thing I'm not really educated on is graphics cards. My budget is around 500-700$ (Give or take).

I know you probably get these questions a lot but I would appreciate some help, oh also I will probably need to buy online and I have no idea how to build a pc(My uncle used to build motherboards, so he could help with building the PC but I don't see him often).

I was thinking this but its sold out; Please give more recommendations!(I've been hearing CyberPowerPC is not a reputable dealer).
