Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
OS: Windows 7 64-bit

I'm installing a driver for my chipset and there are two different files available for me to download. As far as I know, most motherboards only have one file to install. Which do I download? Or do I download both?

Here is the page with the drivers for my motherboard.

Also, there are two different USB 3.0 drivers. What is the difference between them? Do I need them both?

Solution
1) I recommendto download the chipset driver from intel website Version:9.3.0.1026. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20775&ProdId=3324&lang=eng&OSVersion=%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09%09%09%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09%09&DownloadType=
2) For the USB3.0 drivers, you need both of them, one from Etron for two on the back panel and the other for intel on the back panel and the internal USB headers.
