The case seems pretty expensive. I have an Antec 300 which is less than half the price. It only has two fans installed but I am gaming with a 6950 and 2500k (not overclocked yet) and the temperature does not seem to go over 50 degrees celcius. The Antec 300 may look a plain but it should do the job your build. It also has space for 3 more fans if you want more cooling.
Also seeing how much you you are spending on the mobo and case have you considered getting an i5 2500k instead of the 970 BE?

I was trying to stick with amd but if I can save money on the mobo and case I might go with the i5. Is the difference between the i5 and 970 gonna be noticeable enough to make a difference? As far as gaming goes that is.

I was trying to keep it below 900 but after seeing this I might not need to.
