Msi gtx 570 troubleshooting

Hello,
ive had this card for a month now and ive been running on stock settings since then. today i was just downloading some things on bit torrent and the blue screen of death shows up. i tired to restart the computer but nothing comes on the screen.i can hear the fans from the card wined up over and over again but no picture.i got this card because my last card fired . did it happean again? at least the old card would start up and show artifacts then shut down again.

and why are you sure that it's your GPU? it could be RAM, software, driver.....

you didn't also list your RAM, CPU

yea your right.. i disconnected the power to my GC and hooked up to the motherbroad dvi port... still does reboot... it just stays on the fans hum on and off..

is this a new build ? how long hae you been experiencing this problem ? do you have 2 sticks of RAM each 4 GB ? or 4 sticks each 2 GB ? what voltage is your RAM rated at ? and what voltage are you running it ?

for eg. my ram is rated at 1.6V from the factory, but i run it @ 1.5V
