Hello,
can i use HD 7850 on a Cooler Master extreme power 460W PSU
CPU- Phenom II X6 1050T
MOBO- Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H
HDD- 2 1TB Seagate HDD
GPU- MOBO INTEGRATED
CABINET- COOLER MASTER ELITE 430
OPTICAL DRIVE- SONY DVD RW
CPU NOT OVERCLOCKED

Solution
Example of a CM Extreme Power 460 PSU. It says 460 on the case but not 460W.
The bad news is on the data plate. If you look just under the chart it says the 'combined power' of those rails shall not exceed 401.5 W
And important rating on the +12V rail of 22Amps is less than you see on some good 380W PSUs.
And if the PSU is a few years old it might not be able to put out as much power as when it was new.

Most likely yes...if your overclocking you might run into problems though.

I cannot be 100% because I do not know your other components. The new cards run much cooler/draw less power so I'd assume that you could, but it may be very close.

What video card are you using now?

And what is the exact model # of that CM Extreme Power PSU?
Some models of that series are only 460W because the label says they are. But when pushed to near the rated capacity - bad things can happen.

My system:
Athlon II x2 245 processor
MSI 770-C45 mobo
Gigabyte GT240 graphic card
CoolerMaster GX550 power supply
OCZ Gold 4GB 1066MHz ddr3 ram
WD 320GB hdd

could I install a hd7850 into my rig?
Will my system able to provide enough power for the card?

For a system using a single Radeon HD 7850 graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 24 Amps or greater and have at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Continuous Amperage Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most important factor.

The Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 460W (RS-460-PCAR-A3/RS-460-PCAP-A3), with its claimed combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 26 Amps and with one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector, is theoretically sufficient to power your system configuration with a single Radeon HD 7850.
