Before I blow up my monitor...can you confirm for me?

Okay...after some research "I think" I found out that the refresh rate on my monitor goes up to 75Hz; however, I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind looking at the link below and confirming what I see before I blow up my monitor by accident? Isn't the "vertical refresh rate" the one I should be focusing on?

I have the ability to go into nVidia's Control Panel and set a custom refresh rate (Windows does not give me the option for 75Hz--only 60Hz) and would like it to be as high as possible so I can take advantage of SLI 570's.

Thanks!

It was only on older CRT's that you could damage them. Newer CRT's and all LCD monitors will just give an error message if the refresh rate is too high.
