So I want to get a PCI bluetooth card for my PC. The card I'm looking at is a Mini PCIe form factor. My motherboard has four PCIe x1 slots, two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, and one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot. Now I'm under the impression that Mini PCIe and PCIe x1 aren't the same (is this correct?), so would I be able to use the Mini PCIe card in a larger slot, say the PCIe 2.0 x16 slot? I linked my mobo and the card if that will help!

Thanks!

Mini Pcie and Pcie 1x Slots are not the same.

and you know what PCIe 1x is.

Only some motherboards support mini pcie.

to be honest just go for a pcie 1x bluetooth card since you have 4 pcie 1x slots.
