What does the media manager software do? Convert .avi/.mov/etc files
to MPEG4 I assume?

What does the software do? Does it convert .vob files?

I will poorly convert .vob files to MPEG-4...and it will transfer files
fairly easily to the PSP...not great but easy and semi-useful.
