Boot without a cpu fan header

finished my build like four days ago,,, i build a water-cooling rig without any fan headers connected to mobo due to the fact that its all connected to a fan control.

and my system didn't boot(so i connected a stupid fan to mobo for it to start kicking)...
is there a way for it to start the system without that cpu fan connected to mobo??

There should be a setting in the bios for this.

Disable the fan in BIOS under Chipset config I think
