MSI X79A-GD65 8D Dr Debug 0d won't boot OS

Hello,

I have just had a replacement board from MSI, as I had to RMA the other one with all the problems I was getting (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/327414-12-x79a-gd65-dimm-working). Now I have put my MoBo back in my computer it won't boot into the OS I'm getting Dr Debug 0d if I leave it boot and the same if I try reinstalling windows it gets as far as "Starting Windows" screen then freezes with that Dr Debug showing. I have changed the memory from the last ones listed in the link above, to the Corsair Vengeance 16GB CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9. In quad channel configuration.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Thanks,

Jordan
