can some one tell me can i pair up a bluetooth ear bud to a lapto

Just enter the bluetooth options on the laptop (usually there is a blue icon in the system tray by the clock), have it search for devices, and enter the code for the headset. Usually 0000.

Both the device and your bluetooth laptop would have instructions. Sometimes you need to set the headset to "discovery" mode. If your laptop does not have bluetooth built in, you can get a cheap adapter.
