I was wondering about running a dedicated PhysX card for my PC but am unsure if my PSU will be sufficient

My current system specs are:
CPU : Intel Corei7 2600 Sandybridge
Mobo: GA-P67A-UD4-B3
RAM : 4GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 (2x2GB modules)
GFX : Leadtek GTX560Ti
PSU : Thermaltake 700W Litepower

Extras: DVD-RW, 1x7200rpm SATA3 HDD, 3x120mm chases fans

If I add a ASUS 9600GT TOP gfx card to the system as a dedicated PhysX (No SLI bridge), will my PSU be able to handle the load of the extra GFX card?
