  1. Not bad.... My thoughts are below.

    MB - Biostar will work, but there are better options for a little more money.
    ASUS => http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131724
    GIGABYTE => http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128524
    ASROCK => http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157286

    HD - Skip the WD Green. Look for a Samsung, Seagate or Hitachi before going back to WD.
    Samsung F4 2TB ($150) => http://www.itliquid8.com/sata-hard-disk-drives/samsung-ecogreen-f4-hd204ui-2tb-32mb-sata-3-0gb-s-3-5-hard-drive/ (I have never heard of these guys, so do your research before ordering. Good price..)
    Hitachi 2TB ($150) => http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822145475

    PSU - Stick with Antec, XFX, Seasonic or Corsair. The XFX line have rebates at the moment.
    XFX PRO650w ($60 after rebate) => http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207014
