for i5 3470
8gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram
gigabyte 660 oc
which one of the mobo i should choose?
Gigabyte B75 D3V vs ASUS P8B75-M
(i want a cheap one and i will not overclock in the future)

Solution
You see there's two P8B75M, one is the LE, which as two dimm slots, i was thinking of that one.
Yes, it will work as long as it's the same specs, it's recommended going with a same one if possible in the future.
The question of the dimm slots, i don't know if it matters to you, if you need 2 or 4.
If two the asrock h77M is a good option.
If you want four there's this : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130674

or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157302

If b75 : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128555

can i use just a single stick of 4 or 8 gb in just one slot.
because both the mobos i mentioned is dual channel memory supported.
can i use just one single stick and leave other 3 slots free for now.

You can use just one stick in one dimm slot, though, it's recommended going with dual channel for better performance.
Also other thing worth mention is all of those motherboards(the ones you listed and the one i suggested) have only two DIMM slots.

thank you for making the concept clear to me.. just want to ask one more thing if i add 4 gb more with the previously installed 4gb..
is both the rams will work as a dual channel technology ?
or i have to buy dual channel rams together ?
