Solution
Any 350 W psu will do. Don't buy no names though. Buy the cheapest one from well known brands. I found this one one newegg, it's antec basic 350W

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371003.

alternatively you may want to spend extra 10-15$ and get some 450-500W unit, so that you can upgrade your system later on. With 500W you will be able to upgrade to much more powerful gpu and cpu like core i5+hd7850. Once again use brands with good reputation, psu failure may do a lot of damage to whole system...And when it comes to psu in range of 350-500W you only have to put extra 5-15$ to get good psu over some no name.

What is your budget? What are some sites where you are considering purchashing?

This is just a warning! Ebay is full of knock offs and bootlegs, don't buy in Ebay you are just wasting your money.
