mac os x is not suppurted withVMware Workstation supports hardware virtualization. software virtuailzation you need VMware Workstation supports hardware virtualization

If your computer does not have the hardware to support hardware virtualization, the only thing you can do is upgrade your system. I think you posted another thread where you said you have a Pentium D, that does not support hardware virtualization. At the very least you need a new CPU, and that's only if you can find a CPU that supports hardware virtualization that is also compatible with your motherboard. Most likely you will have to build a new system in order to run MacOS in a virtual environment.
