More about speed control mobo
  1. From what I see, your case is too small and you need the CPU cooler too. Because 1) the i5-3570k runs hot and the stock cooler can't cool down the i5. 2) gtx460 also runs hot too. 3) The PSU blow the hot air into the case too. 4) The real fan maybe only the 80mm. That why the fan try to cool down to run in high speed.

So you only can do 1) open the panel use other fan blow the PC. 2) I recommend buy the case Thermaltake Versa II VO700A1N3N for $25 after MIR and cpu cooler Hyper 212 Plus for $20 after MIR.

  5. thanks for quick replys i just wanna let you guys know i wont OC anything yet maybe my gtx 460 is it okay if i dont get the cool master fan? i can only get the case because i spent like 490$ with psu ram n cpu mobo. Can i get complete list of what i need and like case and what about thermal paste is that only if i get new Fan? and is there good case around 20~40 $ ish

Sorry i missed what you mean, Do i need the paste if i'm not getting a new Fan? for cpu
  8. you need to paste when you remove or installl another fan ,you must always have paste between the cpu and the cooler this help to dissipate heat from cpu to cooler .

1)That case and one fan ($4 after MIR) for inake from front to get better air flow. you can get other one on the top later. I had two of this in my case, it is quiet fan.

    2) Get the cpu cooler and thermal paste, either change it for the cpu or the GPU too.

  16. gonna order soon someone ? im not surw which one contains more than one fan and which one is the best cooling cpu
  17. I found there more, 1st one: two fans, top mounted PSU, USB2.0, $32. 2nd one: two fans, bottom mounted PSU, USB2.0, $35. 3rd one, 4 fans bottom mounted PSU, USB3.0, $40 after MIR.

The case with bottom mounted PSU has better air flow and better cooling.

I was wondering why ur not answering my linsk lol haha i will get that thanks and shall i get any additional fans and what size?
  20. You don't have to get other fan, if you want get the 2x 120mm or one 200mm (more expensive) for the top. But you are better to use the money to get the cpu cooler later.
  21. the one i was suggesting came with plenty of fans also the support usb 3.0 and 2.0 and if you look at thespecs of your motherboard she's also have 3.0 support for front and back http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Pro4-M/?cat=Specifications
  22. thats the motherboard i currently have gotten it 3 days ago everythhing is so fast tripled my fps in games
