Windows 7 64bit its the 3rd row in the list i made
  7. yes.

i got an ocz tx 750 watt

in my antec 300 case. there are brackets on the inside so i sugest you put it in before motherboard other wise it will be very tricky with some psu

i learnt as well that an antec 300 is only just big enough for a full atx motherboard. barely get fingers around edge to lower into place

OK. I probably wont be overclocking so how many watts do you think i should get, and is the rig fine?

If you get a 600w PSU you will have a lot of headroom.
I think one part of this build that is going to bottleneck it is you graphics card. You would be better off getting something like a 560 TI.

a solid 500w with 34a on the 12v rail is fine for your build. look for more power on the 12v rail (and over all power) if you want to upgrade to a more powerful card down the road.

the antec eleven hundred also offers more room to build inside then the three hundred, don't know why it was brought up.
