Graphics Card for Adobe PS Elements 9

Will Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 run adequately on an Intel HD Graphics 3000 video card or do I need to upgrade to the AMD Radeon HD 6470M .
? I have aI5 processor and 6GB of ram.

For basic Photoshop use you should be fine with the HD 3000 otherwise the 6470M might help with some of the OpenGL tools inside Elements.
