Can't find the BIOS switch

Hey guys, I recently bought a new HD6950, and I was wondering where the BIOS switch is. I've heard that it's only present on reference cards, but I don't know whether I have a non-reference card, or simply cant' find the switch.

As you can see, I have 2 fans. Does it mean that I definitely don't have the reference model?

Reference cards have one fan at the end of the card like this one:

So unfortunately, your card isn't reference. As far as bios switches only existing on reference cards I'm not sure.
