Need help with first gaming build!

Hello,

I will be buying computer parts in the next couple of days from Newegg.ca. This will be the first computer I will have attempted to build. Before actually buying anything, I'd like to get some feedback on the computer I've put together, so I can rectify mistakes and consider suggestions.

I basically only want a system that can run WoW, Diablo 3, and Guild Wars 2 on high to ultra/max settings. I game for several hours each day.

Please take a look at my build bellow and tell me what you think. I'm new at all of this, so all feedback or comments on the brands is appreciated.

Edit: I do not plan on Overclocking. Regarding my budget, I am at my max of $1k (I am buying a monitor and other items that I did not include in my post).

Shame not to OC that CPU it begs to be done its so easy

You may want to bin the soundcard unless you are a dedicated audiophile the onboard sound would serve fine and then you free some $$$

The Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL isn't one of Rosewill's reckonised good units and it is certainly old and outdated. So if you don't have it you shouldn't buy it as there are better units around for a similar price. If you do have it then I would consider changing it, not necessarily straight away though.

You should probably snag the OCZ Agility 3 60GB Solid State Drive for $100 before $15 rebate, or with the $40 from your sound card, the OCZ Agility 3 120GB Solid State Drive at $180 before $30 rebate. Update the firmware to 2.15 and off yah go.

The Rosewill Challenger (or maybe the Destroyer) will save yah $15.
