Hello,
My 2500k has been going wayyy to high of a heat the past couple of days. It's been getting so hot my pc would shut off. I have a H100 running at medium speed, It was originally at 37-44 degrees, but as of right now it's going at 98 degrees! I turned the computer off right away when i saw it was running that hot i shut off my system right away to avoid damage. Is my cpu broken? or is it my H100? There's is no overclocking on my cpu.

p8p67 deluxe mobo, 16 gb corsair vengeance ram, i5 2500k cpu , gtx 580, H100, 850w psu, 128gb ocz vertex ssd, 2 tb hdd.

I would check the water kit pump. Ive seen this many times with water kits, the pump is broke giving no water to cool the CPU. Usually with water cooling its either the pump is broke or the water block is not seated right.
