How do I customize the censorship of e-mail attachments
into my inbox? Most e-mail attachments I receive are not
highlighted so I cannot access them. Some are accessible
however, and I never know which ones will be deactivated.
Thanks for your reply to: rain_dance@hotmail.com or this
thread.

Hi,

If you know what type of file attachments you want to
allow through the OE security, you just go to folder
options, file type. Find the extention, for example, word
document, find the doc and highlight it. Click on advance
and uncheck "confirm open after download". Now you will
be able to receive those attachments in Outlook Express.
Be warned though, there are certain files that are used to
pass virus`s and stuff, and word, excel, and powerpoint
files can be used to do that.
