MSI vs Gigabyte

Hi, I want to build my new pc (I have the CPU 3770k and 8Gb RAM Corsair), I have 2 questions.

1-I have read very bad reviews about Gigabyte UDH5 (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2276153&csid=_61)
so What do you think about it?

I've heard their both ok boards! The asrock Z77 extreme 4 gets the better votes in some forums. I too was looking to buy either the msi or the gigabyte boards and was pointed in the direction to buy the asrock extreme 4 by a good few people on here and other forums. I've bought the board now but i cant tell you what its like because I've not got my processor yet. It does look like a nice board though. Hope this helps. Both the boards you mentioned will be fine. Hopefully people who own them on here will give you some good advice mate. Ill try and find out some reviews between the boards you mentioned and the asrock extreme 4
