CROSSHAIR V FORMULA vengeance 32gb 1866mhz memory ram error
I have a problem with RAM
I have an Asus crosshair v formula
AMD FX 8350 8 core box 4GHz
RAM Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8gb) DDR3 1866MHz quad chanel
CMZ32GX3M4X1866C10R
ZOTAC GTX 280 video card
power source CFT-750-14CS
5 corsair ssd in raid 0
Windows 8 Pro 64bits
My problem is that I failed to install Windows if I install the RAM 32gb corsair vengeance 1866MHz, gives me error 0x80070570
After a few days I changed one RAM 2 GB Kingmax 1333MHz and run smoothly,
I did update the bios from 1402 to 1703 but without results, say that the BIOS runs without problems corsair vengeance 32gb RAM, and Windows starts and runs, I did tests with memtest and gives me a lot of errors,
I tried following settings in the BIOS,
at the ram module write the following settings 1866mhz 10-11-10-27 1.5v ver.3.24, but at the official site for this corsair memory kit has posted 1866MHz 10-11-10-30 1.5V
http://www.corsair.com/en/memory-by-...x1866c10r.html

-1333MHz CL 9-9-9-24 1.5V default
-1866MHz CL 10-11-10-30 1.5V
-1866MHz CL 10-11-10-30 1.5v
-1866MHz CL 9-9-9-24 1.5V

and many others that I have seen that might funtion, but to no avail
I checked each memory module separately with memtest and error each time
Windows runs fine sometimes but then it gives me error ,LEDs are all green board, beep ok, so no problems, and as I read this memory kit would go at
1333mhz and 1866 mhz
if you could help me because I spent 200euro on this memory kit, thank you in advance.

I tried so I set CL which was written on RAM
10-11-10-27 At 1.5V 1866MHz
and latency that was written on the official site                                                                                               http://www.corsair.com/en/memory-by-product-family/vengeance/vengeance-32gb-quad-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz32gx3m4x1866c10r.html

which is 10-11-10-30 1.5V 1866MHz

iknow know it's a quad kit and dual chanel but is also written on the official site                                                           that is compatible with intel and AMD dual channel DDR3.

The cards can work in any channel provided you place them properly.
The link you provided doesnot work for me.
Try theses settings out
10-10-10-27 1866MHz and 1.54 or 1.55 volts. I overclocked my cards and they run fine in this config.

I have Windows 8 pro 64
if I have the following settings
10/11/10 1866 27 48 2T 1.5V
Bank interleaving disabled
Chanel interleaving disabled
ECC disabled mode
Memory hole remaping auto
DTC ungaged auto mode

if you put the first 3 disabled and introduce timing of the ram module
1.5V 10-11-10-27 2T 1866 48 and gives me less errors whit memtest about 10g rami is OK, only after further testing begins errors,Windows runs fine without any problems, but the game crashes

and other settings give errors when first tested 2047gb memtest.

if I have other settings windows restarts
your timing gives me error at 2047 gb first test with memtes
I do not know what to do.Thanks for trying to help me.

I solved the problem was faulty memory kit I sent the warranty and they tried and did not work, gave me my money back, I decided to get a dual channel kit.
Corsair Vangeance 2x8gb DDR3 2133 MHz CL10
I hope to go with this kit without problems.

PoJeGa (or anyone else for that matter with helpful info), have you had any luck getting your new memory kit to work? I also have the Vengeance Kit you're describing here and am also trying to upgrade from my current 16GB 1333 memory to these (8x4) 32GB Vengeance 1866. Like you, I'm also having several timing issues, web pages crashing randomly, memory tests failing, you all know the drill :). I'm able to get the system stable enough that it's able to log into windows, but past that its too unstable to really be useful; fails memory tests, unstabie and has already cost me a weekend trying to tweak it to no avail. I could use any help I can get!!

On another note how did your replacement Kit work out? I actually wouldn't mind changing over to the even faster memory (the 2133Mhz one you discussed) if I knew it was stable... Did you have any luck getting it up an operational?? Thanks in advance!! Hope to hear from you or someone else.
