I5 2400/2500 price

So I am going to buy a new processor very soon, however I know that the ivybridge processors are coming out very soon, too. So I am just wondering if the i5 2400/2500 are going to be getting any price cuts when the ivybridge comes out, and if they do, how much they will decrease by your estimates.

Based on past experience I would have to say that most likely there won't be any major price drops. We generally just stop manufacturing them and let the distributors run out of stock as they are ordered. You may see resellers dropping prices on their end as demand drops but I really don't think you will see much of a price drop if any.
