Problem:
When playing both music and videos I am currently only receiving sound from the front side speakers and the sub woofer. I have checked that the speakers are set to 7.1 in the sound card software settings and in the control panel sound settings. Quicktime is also set for 7.1 sound. All relevent software and drivers for the sound card are up to date. All speakers work fine in a sound test. I have not had this problem before. Any help would be much appreciated.
