Super mecs? I don't remember anything from R&C1 by that name...

There's one point in the game where you go to the planet run entirely by
robots, and you have to zap Clank with this ray that makes him a giant so
he can go smash some larger robots in this colliseum-like area but I don't
think they were called Super Mechs.
