Will a 5770 fit in here you think?

hi guys.
ok, so cin19 from this site was great help in finding a replacement mobo for my geforce 8200.
here it is by the way:

my question now is, does anyone know if my Radeon 5770 hd 1G gpu will physically fit on the board? it's not low profile and i'm concerned that the mobo northbridge (next to the pci e) might interfere.

zooming on the pic it looks like it may clear, but any feedback is appreciated.

Yes it will fit. The PCB would go in and the cooler hangs down therefore it would not interfere with the north/south bridge cooler on your mobo.
