Its hard for me to choose , please help!!

I want to make a new gaming computer . But there is an issue . I want mobility , gaming , (touch) , or something else . So , I thought that I could buy a xbox for my gaming needs , and an ipad for mobility . But Im kind of new in consoles , and I dont know anything about them . Then I decided to build a new computer and buy an ipod . Then , maked TONS AND TONS OF differen cases like buying a laptop and different . Please Help What Shoul I buy and what not for my needs.
I have only 1300$ to start so please HELP ME !!!!!!

The first thing is to decide if you want a desktop or laptop it sounds like you are still undrcided if you even want a desktop or laptop.Why do you want mobility , you can't play your games at home and then do something different when you go out. If all your friends had laptops then that would be different and you would naturaly get one as well. By getting ea laptop you are giving up on a lot of perfomance which will cost you a lot to try and make up with a laptop. I would say a desktop is the way to go unless you don't care about the performance. so with the $1300 are you using part of that for the ipad or is the whole thing for the computer.
