Crossfire! Worth it :O?!

Not worth it with X16 and X4 slot! A single HD6950 is plenty for most single monitor setups at least up to 1920 x 1200.

Thanks ....btw in like a year and a half, should I get a new motherboard OR just another single vid card? U think in a year and a half that 6950 in xfire will be better with a new mobo or just upgrading to another single ?

1 1/2 year from now we will have new cards on the market and the HD6950 will be at the same level as HD5850 is now, so maybe the new single card option is going to be the preferred then.

I'll be happy with it though right? I have a 4890, 3.6 quad core (oc and unlocked) 24" @ 1900x1200 4 gigs ram ripjaws

Last time i checked it pulled around 5770's fps...
