Computer starts, but turns off again after 2 sec

So, i have this huge problem. I bought a new case, and switched my old components over to the new chassi. When i now try to turn on the computer, it just randomly turns of after a sec or two, and then turn on again repeatedly. I have tried to change the ram, jumpstart the psu, and i have double-checked at the cables and stuff! I also recorded a movie, to explain the issue:

Anyone who has an idea to how to fix this?

Did you double check the position of the case headers on the motherboard? I've often run into that issue when switching an old case for a new one.
