Which of these would give me the highest processing speed

I am trying to build a computer for 3d design and rendering at high resolutions. Currently renderings are taking too long with my current computer. I also have to create make multiple drawings and conbine them at the end when I join all my projects together my computer freezes. looking forward to a dramatic increase. Definitely looking to overclock and am doing this on a budget. Any information provided will be greatly appreciated. Also please feel free to provide sugestions.

However I suggest the i7-2600k, especially for rendering.

If the 2600k isn't an option due to budget, try one of the six-core phenoms, six real cores will beat the four BD modules
