first dont post your email on public forums as that guarantess you getting spam emails...secondarly wait for a responce and dont keep replying to yourself...if you need a bios file where should you look...hmm maybe the manufacturer who made the device? contact them

First of all, where you got this tablet? Please contact the seller for help. ECS doesn't sell this model to the public under the ECS brand.
