both are great IMO.i would suggest TX(i heard V2 are really solid units).
BTW,don't get 550ti SLi,it's a crappy card.it's roughly $120,SLi is $240.better spend 20 bucks more and get msi twinfrozer 7850!

Yep. It's generally better to get a single high-end card, leaving yourself room for SLI/Crossfire in the future. Either one of those PSUs will be good for high-end SLI/Xfire.

The Antec Earthwatts 750W unit listed there is quite old, so if there was something newer for a similar price I would suggest getting that instead.
Lucky there is such a unit:
Seasonic SS-850AT

This is basically a Corsair TX850 V2.

actually i was stuck with this situation . i didnt meant to SLI these.

what happened was i was havin my gtx 460 and it was under warranty.i got it RMA'd 4 times . yea, it was frustrating for dealer and me . i think it was my faulty PSU .

but soon i saw a deal on Tigerdirect for a gigabyte's SOC 550 ti, for only 79 bucks !!!!
i immediately ordered one .it was hell of a deal. but sson i relised it wasnt good enough , so i was stuck.now im sliing it for better perform...
it just exceeds gtx 570 in some benchmarks . so they both cost me only 160 bucks !
