0x9c 0x50 when playing skyrim

kingston hyperx blu 4gb x 2, i have it running the stock xmp profile of 9 9 9 27 1600. ive had some issues playing ultra modded skyrim, it will bluscreen 9c or 50. I used to have the ram oc'd to 9 10 9 28 1866 and it seems to run fine during stress testing but skyrim kills it. 2500k @ 4.5 on a gigabyte z68.

I ran memtest over night last night, this morning is said it completed 13 full passes and no errors. What should i do?

update.... went to work and left memtest running, 21 full passes and no errors...

i notice memtest runs the ram at default 9 9 9 24 1333 even though the bios is using the 9 9 9 27 1600 settings. im going to change the xmp to stock and leave it at the 9 9 9 24 1333 settings it defaults to and see if it goes away.
