Hi,

Troubleshoot to find out if the issue is with new memory. Install individually and see if the issue persists. Also, it'd be good if you can check the maximum memory support for your system at this link: http://www.memorystock.com/

Good luck!

What mobo and CPU? Best bets to start, ensure you have the latest BIOS, the 2GB stick in the slot closest to CPU and the second stick in slot 3 (if 4 slot mobo) or slot 2, prob need to raise DRAM voltage and also MC voltage - guessing here but prob NB voltage on an Intel and CPU/NB on an AMD rig
