What do you need 4Tb of storage for? And those HDD you posted are junk! Look at the reviews you don't want them. If the storage size is necessary Get these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148506
there is a price increase but they are 7200RPM and you won't regret it because big HDD are unreliable IMO. If it was me I would get a SSD and a 1Tb HDD like this

SSD- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227706 -$169.99 after rebate

HDD-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148697 -$129.99
or
HDD- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148834 -if you really need the space -$189.99

With the SSD for the OS and frequently used games and programs and a hardrive for storage it will drasticly speed up your system for the same price.

Edit: Oh and for the mobo check this one out its comparable to the ASUS but only $114.99 with rebate.
