what is the best matching motherboard
with intel core i5 CPU?

It really depends on what you are using the computer for. For instance.. if this is for a gaming machine you might consider a mobo with more than one PCIe x16 slots and atleast 4 ram dimms. Or if this is for a media center box, you'll probably want the smallest, most energy efficient mobo. If this is a computer for your mom to check her emails then you'll probably want the absolute cheapest thing you can find!
