We need more info. Is this a big box OEM computer or home built? If it's big box who made it, if it's home built what is the motherboard make and model?

A little more info on your system spec's would help but I'm guessing with 3 beeps it's a ram problem. If you have multiple sticks of ram pull all but 1 and try to boot (try with each stick individually). Make sure your single stick of ram is in the proper slot (for your mobo).
